SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 8/20/25 at approximately 0858 hours, Vermont State Police
received a report of a violation of an Abuse Prevention Order that occurred in
the town of Waltham, Addison County, VT. Through investigation, Troopers
determined that Burmania had violated an active Relief from Abuse Order.
Burmania was located and placed under arrest. While Troopers effected the
arrest Burmania resisted and damaged a cruiser by kicking it. Burmania was
transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing. Burmania was then transported
to the Addison County Superior Court for Arraignment.
