SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On November 2, 2026 at approximately 0025 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of VT Route 15 and Browns River Road in the town of Essex after and observed moving violation. The operator was identified as Mark Larrabee (20) of Colchester. While speaking with the operator, Troopers detected indicators of impairment. Larrabee was subsequently arrested for the suspicion of DUI and transported to the Williston Police Department for processing and later released to appear in court on November 19, 2026 at 0830 at the Chittenden County Superior Court to answer to the charge of DUI #1.
