SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 11/01/2026 at approximately 2010 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle near the area of Highgate Commons and Swanton Road in the Town of St. Albans. The passenger of the vehicle was identified as Kyrsten St Martin (35) of Berkshire, VT. Further investigation revealed that St Martin had an active instate warrant for her arrest. St Martin was taken into custody and transported to Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility.
