SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On October 23, 2026, at approximately 1602 hours, Vermont
Troopers were notified of a two-vehicle crash on Spaulding Rd in the town of
St. Johnsbury, VT. Investigation revealed that while Charles Lamont (19) was
traveling south on Spaulding Rd, he was hit head on by a grey/white Honda SUV
possibly a CRV with Vermont registration. The vehicle then fled the scene. The
vehicle involved in the crash will have damage to the plastics. Anyone with
