SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, Vermont
State Police initiated an investigation in conjunction with Vermont Department
of Children and Families (DCF). As a result of this investigation Patricia and
Raymond O'Dell of Arlington Vermont were arrested for cruelty to a child.
On 10/28/2026, Patricia and Raymond received citations to
appear in Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on 10/29/2026 at
1230 hours to answer to the above charge. Both were issued conditions and
released.
