SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On October 23, 2026, the Vermont State Police was notified
of an assault occurring at the Green Mountain Trailer Park involving a large
group of people. Following an investigation, it was discovered that Tori M.
Morse (25) had caused damage to property that belonged to Michael A. Martin
(44). Morse was issued a criminal citation to appear in the Vermont Superior
Court – Bennington Criminal Division on December 21st, 2026, at 0830 hours.
