SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On October 23, 2026, the Vermont State Police was notified
of an assault occurring at the Green Mountain Trailer Park involving a large
group of people. It was discovered that Fredrick P. Gates (21) was acting
threating and tumultuous towards a victim of an assault. Gates was issued a
criminal citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court – Bennington Criminal
Division on December 14th, 2026, at 0830 hours.
