STREET/TOWN: VT Route 107 near the Route 14 intersection, Royalton, Vermont

VIOLATION: Driving Under the Influence (DUI)

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On October 3, 2026, at approximately 1930 hours, the Vermont State Police was forwarded a Be-On-the-Lookout (BOL) for a vehicle all over the roadway at the aforementioned location. Troopers from the Royalton Barracks located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop for observed violations on VT Route 14 near Route 107 in the town of Royalton, VT. While interacting with the operator, identified as Axel Grady, age 21 of Randolph, VT, Troopers observed indicators of impairment. Grady was placed under arrest without incident, transported to the Royalton Barracks, and released with a criminal citation to appear in court at the below date, time, and location to answer to the charge of Driving Under the Influence.
