SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10/03/2026 at approximately 1841 hours, Troopers were on routine patrol in the town of Orange, Vermont. Troopers observed a motor vehicle violation and conducted a routine traffic stop. A passenger of the motor vehicle was identified as Donna Robinson. Investigation revealed Robinson was violating active conditions of release when she violated her 24-hour court order curfew. Robinson was taken into custody and ultimately lodged at Chittenden County Correctional Complex on lack of $500 bail.
