SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, VSP Derby Troopers on patrol in the Town of Derby observed a marked lanes violation and effected a stop of the vehicle. The operator was identified as Laramee and indicators of impairment were detected.
Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Laramee for suspicion of DUI. Laramee was transported to the VSP Derby Barracks for processing and released with a citation to appear in court.
