SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time,
Troopers responded to a reported motor vehicle theft on Vermont Route 9 in the
town of Woodford. Through investigation it was determined Marybeth H Merriam
(39) of Shaftsbury, Vermont committed the offenses of Accessory Aiding in
Commission of a Felony and 3 counts of Accessory After the Fact. Merriam was
located on 07/17/26 and subsequently arrested. Merriam was processed and later
released on conditions and ordered to appear in Vermont Superior Court
Bennington Criminal Division on 07/20/26 at 1230 hours to answer to the
charges.
