TRAFFIC ALERT US RT 2 & FERRY RD SOUTH HERO [#1]

ST ALBANS BARRACKS IN COOPERATION WITH GRAND ISLE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT

NEWS RELEASE - HIGHWAY/TRAFFIC NOTIFICATION

US RT 2 NEAR THE FERRY ROAD IN SOUTH HERO IS CLOSED AT THIS TIME DUE TO A LAW ENFORCEMENT INCIDENT.  EMERGENCY RESPONDERS ARE ON SCENE IN THE AREA.

CLOSURE INCIDENT IS EXPECTED TO LAST FOR SEVERAL HOURS.  SPECIFIC DETAILS ARE NOT YET AVAILABLE AND UPDATES WILL BE PROVIDED
AS APPROPRIATE.

MOTORIST SHOULD EXPECT DELAYS IN THE AREA AND SEEK ALTERNATE ROUTES
