SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 01/28/2026 at approximately 1006 hours a multi vehicle crash was reported on Interstate 89 N at mile marker 86.3 in South Burlington.

 

Traffic on Interstate 89 N in South Burlington was stopped due to an unrelated single-vehicle crash when Operator 1 approached the stopped traffic. Operator 1 lost control of Vehicle 1 which ultimately struck both Vehicle 2 and Vehicle 3. No injuries were reported from any of the occupants of the vehicles.

 

Vermont State Police was assisted by the South Burlington Fire Department and Central Service Towing.
