B Troop / DLS Criminal Incidents

NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, December 3, 2025, through Tuesday, December 9, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license: 

Nestor Gomez, 50, of West Rutland, VT was stopped on December 3, 2025, at 4:17 PM by Trooper Timothy Alibozek on Park Lane near US Route 4 in Rutland Town. He was issued a citation to appear at the Superior court of Rutland County on January 26, 2025.

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
