NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, April 23, 2025 through Tuesday, April 29, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:

 

Benjamin Stone, 24, of Townshend, VT, was stopped by James Guillaume on VT Route 30 in Townshend on April 23, 2025, at 3:35 PM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windham County on June 17, 2025.

 

Monime Saunders, 48, of Brookline, VT, was stopped by Trooper Peter Romeo on April 23, 2025, at 4:57 PM on VT Route 30 in Dummerston. She is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windham County on June 3, 2025.

 

Garrion Lambert, 23, was encountered by Trooper Zachary Trocki on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 6:16 AM on Interstate 91 at Mile Marker 40.8 in Springfield. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windsor County on May 20, 2025.

 

Joeseph Medeiros, 50, of Rockingham, VT, was stopped by Trooper Michael Maldonado on VT Route 103 in Rockingham on April 27, 2025, at 10:32 AM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windham County on May 20, 2025.

 

Edward Mullin, 54, of Rutland City, VT, was stopped by Trooper Ryan Malmgren on VT Route 4A in Rutland on April 24, 2025, at 3:23 PM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on June 30, 2025.

 

 

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
