On 10/30/2024, at approximately 2311 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police - Royalton Barracks conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation and identified the operator as Zamir Paley (30) of Hartford, VT. Upon further investigation, Troopers determined Paley was under the influence of drugs. Paley was subsequently arrested and transported to the Vermont State Police – Royalton Barracks for processing. He was issued a citation to appear in court on 01/28/2025 and released.
