SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, Troopers from the Vermont State Police were notified of a bullet discovered within a window at a residence on Fornuto Road in Wardsboro, Vermont. It is unknown when this may have occurred. Evidence discovered on scene indicates the round was possibly discharged from a significant distance away.
The investigation into the matter remains active. Anyone with information regarding who could have discharged the weapon is asked to contact Trooper Karson Kruger at 802-722-4600 or Karson.Kruger@vermont.gov
