For the week of Wednesday, October 28th, 2026, through Tuesday, November 3, 2026, the troopers of A Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:

Offenders Name: Kevin Kemp

Age: 60

Hometown of Offender: Berkshire, VT

Date and Time of Violation: 11/01/2026 @ 2012 hours

Location of Violation: Highgate Commons / Swanton Rd St. Albans, VT

Court Date and Time: December 15th, 2026 @ 0800 hours

Location of Court: Franklin County Criminal Division
