SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 08/27/26, the Vermont State Police was notified of a possible conditions of release violation. A subsequent investigation revealed 35-year-old Benjamin Stocker violated his conditions of release while lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility. Stocker was cited and scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on 12/01/2026 to answer the above charges.
