SUMMARY OF CRASH: Operator #1 was merging onto Route 4 westbound from West Rutland when he overcorrected the steering wheel to avoid a collision with another vehicle. Operator #1 lost control of his vehicle on the wet road and vehicle #1 collided with the guardrail, causing damage to the front of the vehicle.
Westbound travel was restricted to one lane while first responders worked to clear the scene. The vehicle was towed from the scene due to damage.
