SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, Vermont State Police received a report of a vehicle operating all over the roadway on Middle Road in Dummerston, VT (Windham County). The vehicle was said to have pulled into a driveway off this road. State Police responded and spoke with Robinson Grumeza, 46, who admitted to driving. Indicators of impairment were observed by Troopers and Grumeza was subsequently screened for suspicion of DUI. Grumeza was taken into custody and transported to the Westminster State Police barracks for processing. He was later released with a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 12/01/26 at 0830 hours.
