On the above date and time, Troopers with the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks located Randi-May Perry (42) at a residence in Newbury. During a search incident to arrest, suspected crack cocaine was located on her person. Perry was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks before being issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court- Criminal Division on 10/23/2026. Perry was lodged at Northeast Correction Complex on lack of $200 bail.
