SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On October 21st, 2026, at approximately 2245 hours, the Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle while on patrol on VT Route 105 in the Town of Sheldon. The Vermont State Police identified the operator as Justin Lockerby-Russin (25) of Franklin, VT. Lockerby-Russin was found to be in violation of his conditions of release at the time of the traffic stop.
Lockerby-Russin was issued a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear at the Franklin County Superior Court on December 1st, 2026 at 0800 hours to answer to the above charge.
