SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time Troopers from the Vermont State Police initiated a traffic stop based on multiple motor vehicle violations. Troopers made contact with the operator who was identified as Putnam. Investigation revealed that Putnam had operated under the influence and her license was currently criminally suspended. Putnam was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks for processing. Putnam was later released on a citation.
