SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On October 20, 2026, at approximately 1511 hours, Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to a business on Lower Pln in Bradford for a report of a disturbance. Troopers located Shauna Herbet who had two active in state warrants for her arrest. Herbert was taken into custody and transported to the North East Regional Correctional Complex in St. Johnsbury.
