SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10-3-2026, at approximately 1537
hours, the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks received a report that a
fight occurred in the town of Bethel, VT. Troopers from the Royalton Barracks
responded to the scene. Upon further investigation it was discovered that
Darryl Small-Green (33) had committed the offense of simple assault.
Small-Green was taken into custody, transported to the Royalton Barracks, and
released with a citation to appear in the Windsor County Criminal Court on
12-1-2026 at 0815 hours.
