SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10-3-2026, at approximately 1537 hours, the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks received a report that a fight occurred in the Town of Bethel, VT. Troopers from the Royalton Barracks responded to the scene. Upon further investigation it was discovered that Sean Coung (35) had committed the offense of simple assault. Coung was taken into custody, transported to the Royalton Barracks, and released with a citation to appear in the Windsor County Criminal Court on 12-1-2026 at 0815 hours.
