SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10-8-26, at approximately 0014, Troopers assigned to VSP-Royalton were called a vehicle off the roadway and during the investigation, the operator, Thomas Bresee, showed indicators of impairment. Bresee was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. He was transported to the Royalton Barracks for processing, where he was released on a citation to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 11-10-26 at 0815.
