SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10/7/2026 at approximately 0648 hours, the State Police received a report of an alleged assault that occurred where Kenneth Bacon had been injured by a knife. Investigation revealed an argument took place inside a local business between Kenneth Bacon and Lucian Mason. Troopers learned both males exited the business and continued their argument. Through investigation, Troopers learned Mason drew a knife and allegedly attempted to stab Bacon resulting in a Bacon receiving a minor cut to his hand. Troopers located Mason and placed him under arrest. Mason was transported to the Derby Barracks for processing and was later transported to Northern State Correctional Facility where he was held on 1,000.00 dollars bail.
