SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 10/9/26 at 1948 hours, the Vermont State Police responded
to a report of an armed robbery at the Irving gas station located at 3108 VT Rt
78 in the Town of Highgate, Vermont. Troopers learned a male entered the store
with a firearm and demanded money from the cash register.
When Troopers responded to the scene, they located an
individual that matched the description of the person that fled the store.
After further investigation, it was determined Joshua Reynolds (35) of
Highgate, Vermont had committed the crimes of Assault and Robbery as well as
Reckless Endangerment. He was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont
State Police barracks in St. Albans. Reynolds was held without bail at
Northwest State Correctional Facility.
