SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On the above date and time, Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash on Vermont Route 302 near the intersection of Richardson Road in the Town of Orange, VT.  Investigation revealed Deblois (26) was traveling east on Vermont Route 302. As his Ford came around a curve in the roadway traffic in front of him stopped near the Orange Center School in the Town of Orange. Deblois activated his brakes but was unable to stop in time. His vehicle collided with the rear end of Downing’s (49) Nissan. Both vehicles were able to move to the side of the roadway to allow traffic to continue to flow. Deblois reported no injuries from the crash and Downing reported possible minor injuries. The Ford sustained minor front-end damage and the Nissan sustained major rear-end damage. Action Towing was able to remove the Nissan from the side of the road, and the Ford was able to drive away. The roadway was cleared of any hazards, and the regular flow of traffic was able to resume. The Barre Town Fire Department responded and assisted with the crash.
