SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, Troopers from the Westminster State Police Barracks received a report of a motor vehicle crash on Thompsonburg Road in the town of Londonderry (Windham County), VT. Troopers on scene identified the operator as Alisha M. Scudder, 33, of Londonderry, VT. During the investigation, indicators of impairment were observed. Scudder was arrested and transported to the Vermont State Police Westminster Barracks for processing. Scudder was released with a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on 10/13/2026 at 0830 hours to answer to the above charge
