SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: At the above date and time, Vermont State Police were advised of a person under 21 years of age being supplied with cannabis and alcohol. Through investigation, it was determined that Skylar Ryan Kinney (24) of Pownal, VT, supplied cannabis and alcohol to a person under 21 years of age on several occasions. Kinney was issued a citation and ordered to appear at Vermont Superior Court - Bennington Criminal Division on November 23, 2026, at 0830 hours.
