SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date, time, and location, Troopers from the
Vermont State Police – Royalton Barracks conducted a traffic stop for observed
violations. While interacting with the operator, identified as Alana M.
Cushman, age 39 of Rochester, VT, Troopers observed indicators of impairment.
Cushman was screened for driving under the influence (DUI) and subsequently
placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI, and later released with a criminal
citation to appear in court at the below date/time/location.
