SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time Troopers
responded to a trespassing call in Kirby, VT. Upon arrival Troopers met with
Liberty and Lapierre. They advised that Plante had arrived at their address and
caused damage to their property. Lapierre, Liberty, and Plante had a brief
encounter prior to Plante fleeing the scene. After investigating the incident
Plante was arrested for the above listed charges. On 06/26/26 Plante turned
himself in at the Vermont State Police Barracks. Plante was processed and
ordered held for lack of $500 bail at NECC.
