SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, Vermont State Police- Berlin Barracks responded to a report of an assault at 1913 Peacham Pond Rd. in the Town of Peacham. Further investigation into the incident revealed that Patrick Gomez, 63, of Marshfield, VT, committed the offense of Simple Assault during an altercation with Matilda Adelaide, 39, of Peacham VT. On 02/11/2026, Gomez was issued a citation to appear in the Caledonia County Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date and time.
