NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, February 18, 2026 through Tuesday, February 84, 2026, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license: 

Shan McGlynn, 52, of Williamstown, VT was stopped by Trooper Colin Connery on February 24, 2026, at 1:52 PM on VT Route 14 in Sharon. He has been cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windsor County on April 7, 2026.

Allison Roth, 58, of Quechee, VT was stopped by the Quechee Inn on February 23, 2026, at 9:30 AM by Trooper Colin Connery. She is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windsor County on April 7, 2026.

Christopher Jones, 53, of Barnard, VT was stopped by Trooper Charles Gardner on February 18, 2026, at 12:14 PM on US Route 4 and Aspen East in Killington. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland Court on March 30, 2026.

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
