NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
For the week of Wednesday, February 4, 2026 through Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:
Jacob Conway, 47, of Rutland, VT was stopped by Trooper Kolby Baldwin on February 7, 2026, at 2:15 PM on North Main Street in Rutland. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on March 16, 2026.
Ismael Ramirez Gomez, 40, of Rutland, VT was stopped by Trooper Craig Roland on Depot Street in Wallingford on February 10, 2026, at 12:42 PM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on March 30, 2026.
James Palmer, 41, of Pownal, VT was stopped at 2:30 PM on February 10, 2026, on VT Route 313 in Arlington by Trooper Michael Maldonado. He is cited to the Superior Court of Bennington County on March 2, 2026.
B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
