B Troop / DLS Criminal Incidents

NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, November 19, 2025, through Tuesday, November 25, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license: 

Steven Radcliffe, 41, of Bennington, VT was stopped by Trooper Jared Lacoste on VT Route 7A in Arlington on November 24, 2025, at 11:22 AM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Bennington County on December 29, 2025.

Jayden Smith, 31, of Bellows Falls, VT was stopped on November 24, 2025, at 3:57 PM by Trooper Michael Maldonado on Interstate 91, mile marker 26 northbound. She is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windham County on December 23, 2025.

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
