NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, October 15, 2025, through Tuesday, October 21, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license: 

Michael Chionchio, 41, of Westminster, VT was stopped by Trooper Zachary Trocki on October 16, 2025, at 9:39 AM on US Route 5 by Old Route 5 in Putney. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windham County on November 25, 2025.

Ethan French, 26, of Randolph, VT, was determined to be the operator in a motor vehicle crash on October 20th, 2025, at approximately 1637 hours on Vt Rt 12 in Braintree, VT by Trooper Michael Robidoux. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Orange County on November 26, 2025.

Karen Davidson, 35, of Rutland, VT was stopped by Trooper Timothy Alibozek on US Route 4 near Home Depot in Rutland Town on October 19, 2025, at 5:10 PM. She is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on January 5, 2026.

Christopher Herring, 44, of Rutland City, was stopped by Trooper Nathaniel Nevison on October 20, 2025, at 12:25 AM on Merchants Row and West Street in Rutland City. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on December 1, 2025.

Harold Lindsay, 52, of Bennington, VT was found be operating a vehicle on VT Route 9 near Prospect Mountain in Woodford on October 21, 2025, at 1:29 AM by Trooper Kyle Stevens. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Bennington County on December 8, 2025.

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
