On the above date and time Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks were on a routine patrol in the Town of Barnet, VT when they observed a motorist commit multiple motor vehicle violations. Troopers conducted a traffic stop and identified the operator as Kathleen Hale (35) of Lyndonville, VT. While speaking with Hale, indicators of impairment were detected. Hale was arrested for suspicion of DUI and then transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. Hale was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court - Criminal Division on 09/29/2025 at 0830 hours.
