SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On April 12th 2025, at approximately 1726 hours, The Vermont State Police responded to a residence on Spring Hill Ln in the town of Lyndon for a reported family fight. Further investigation revealed that Steven Elliott allegedly injured a household member after an argument. Elliott was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. Elliott was flash cited into Caledonia County Superior Court on April 14th 2025, at 12:30 PM to answer to the charge of Domestic Assault and was released on conditions.
