SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On November 1, 2026, at approximately 0040 hours, Troopers with the Vermont State Police were conducting routine traffic enforcement on Interstate 89 S near Exit 13 in South Burlington. Troopers observed a moving violation and subsequently conducted a motor vehicle stop. The operator was identified as Brandon Parrish (45) of Burlington. While speaking with Parrish, Troopers detected indicators of impairment. Parrish was placed under arrest for the suspicion of DUI and transported to the Williston State Police Barracks for processing and later released to appear in court on November 19, 2026, at 0830 hours at the Chittenden County Superior Court to answer to the charge of DUI #1.
