SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, Troopers from the St. Johnsbury
Barracks responded to the report of a citizen assist at NVRH in St. Johnsbury.
Troopers met with all parties involved. Investigation revealed that Fewer was
in violation of several conditions of release. Investigation also revealed that
Fewer made an unreasonable amount of noise and was making threats to several
hospital workers. Fewer was placed under arrest and was transported to the St.
Johnsbury barracks for processing. Fewer was issued a citation to appear in
Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division on 11/02/2026 at 1230
hours.
