SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On November 2nd, 2026, at approximately 1423 hours the Vermont State Police was notified of a late reported violation of Abuse Prevention Order in the town of Highgate. Investigation revealed that Trevor Gagner (32) violated a Final Relief from Abuse Order. Gagner was issued a citation to appear in the Franklin County Superior Court on December 22nd, 2026, at 0800 hours to answer the charge of Violation of an Abuse Prevention Order.
