SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On November 4th, 2026, at approximately 2249 hours Troopers received information that Lance Salmon (40) of St. Albans, VT was at an address on Seventh Street in the Town of Enosburg. Salmon was known by Troopers to have an active warrant for his arrest.
Salmon was located at this address and taken into custody for the warrant. Salmon was then transported to Northwest State Correctional Facility in the Town of St. Albans where he was held on $2,000 bail. Salmon was additionally issued a flash citation ordering Salmon to appear before the Bennington County Criminal Court on November 5th, 2026, at 1230 hours.
The active warrant contained the charges of:
