SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On November 3rd,
2026, at approximately 1611 hours Troopers received information that Denise
Broe (38) of Richford, VT was at an address on Sweat Street in the Town of
Richford. Broe was known by Troopers to have multiple active warrants for her
arrest.
Broe was located at this address
and taken into custody for the warrants. Broe was then transported to
Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility in South Burlington where she was
held on $1,200 bail. Broe was additionally issued a flash citation ordering
Broe to appear before the Franklin County Criminal Court on November 4th,
2026, at 1300 hours.
The active warrant contained the
charges of:
