SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 11/3/2026, at approximately 2020 hours, Vermont State Police were notified of a 911 hangup call in the town of Sharon, VT.  During the investigation, the driver, Rebecca Town (28) of Sharon showed signs of impairment. After Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were performed, Town was arrested on suspicion of DUI and transported to the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks for DUI processing. She was later released with a citation to appear at the Windsor County Superior Court on 11/24/26, at 0815 hours to answer to the charge of DUI.
