SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the Vermont State Police received a report of suspicious activity on VT Route 14 in the Town of Irasburg, VT. Troopers responded and met with Dominic Lowell who displayed indicators of impairment. Subsequent investigations led Troopers to arrest Lowell for Suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Lowell was transported to the Derby Barrack and released on a citation to appear in Orleans County Superior Court.
