SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 11/05/2026 at approximately 1616 hours, the Vermont State Police were notified about an aggravated assault on a work site located on VT Route 14 in the Town of Irasburg, VT. After further investigation, State Police determined the victim was physically assaulted by the offender later identified as, Trevor Royer, 33 of Irasburg, VT. Royer was later located and subsequently arrested and transported to the Derby Barracks for processing. Royer was later released and issued a citation to appear in court for the above charge.
